after reading 'the great couple meme - aud and angie edition', which originated from here , i have decided to do one as well with yeeseen to mark our 10 years of friendship! yay! we first met when we went to the same school back in year 2000, so 2009 marks the 10th year of us knowing each other. if 10 yrs is not long, you tell me what is! so here it is:

Tell us about the first time you met and your first impression of him/her:

I remember very clearly the first time we met was in stk. She was ting yen’s friend. We bump into each other in the toilet during orientation and ting yen introduced you to me but I think I forgotten your name almost immediately but there were so few Chinese girls in stk, everyone got to know each other almost immediately. I don’t know lah, I don’t think I have any first impression of her but there was once in form 1/2, she said some hurtful things to me and I decided not to speak to her. After a few days she came and started chatting with me chirpily. So, I decided to let it go. I was glad she was put in my class in form 3 cuz I don’t think there was anyone I who I was particularly close with in the class.

What’s a weird habit or quirk that s/he has?:

she names her soft toys, talks to them and treat them as real persons. But every girl(except me) does that right? But yeah, I can’t stand it when she treats as if her soft toys are real persons.

What makes him/her sad?:

when she lost her friends and probably when her results don’t match the effort that she had put in.

What makes him/her angry?:

wow! I think there are a lot of things that makes her angry. She gets angry pretty easily but gets out of it quite fast also. Haha! When her food takes too long to arrive. She gets angry at evil villains in movies or dramas too, and would curse at the screen!

What excites him/her?:

going to kl to shop? I think going to kl or Singapore excites her, a lot!

Tell us something funny about him/her:

sometimes she can be pretty naïve. So, when she has funny childish reactions, it cracks me up! She is pretty easily deceived, too. So every once in a while I would lie to her and it’s funny to see her reaction after she found out the truth!! Oh oh oh!! It’s also funny to see her watch tamil drama. She gets damn into the drama and her reactions are dramatic as well! She is pretty blur at times. So it is funny to see her ask us questions about obvious things. =D

What’s s/he like at home?:

she wears shirt and pants that is way too big for her petite frame. Ties and clip her hair like an auntie. Probably don’t bathe til late at night. Read blogs and go kaypoh to find out which blogger is coupling with who. Haha!! Runs around her house and watch movies with her roomie. Eat maggi.

What’s s/he like at work/school?:

she is pretty hardworking. She attends as many classes as possible and actually pays attention. She always on-time for her classes. I don’t know how she does it. She puts a lot of effort into her assignments and sometimes actually attempts the tutorial questions. If she has the time, she would make sure her work is perfect. She has very neat handwriting.

Describe his/her room:

very un-organized! She has things like all over the place. But somehow, she always knows where her things are, only once in a while her things goes missing but I think that is because she is a forgetful person.

What’s his/her best friend like?:

umm… I am not sure if she is close with anyone else. Probably wei nie. Hmmm… wei nie is an easy-going person. A helpful friend. And I think your secrets would be safe with her cuz I never heard her gossip about other people. Never heard any gossips about her as well. It is always nice to hang out with her, she always have a funny spin at things. Oh, there is Elaine as well. Hmmm… Elaine is also a very helpful friend. Always willing to offer her place in kl for us to stay and bring us around. I don’t think you will ever have a dull moment with her around. Always have her “kl” stories to share with us. And there is shi wei too! Shi wei is smart and goal oriented, she knows what she wants and wastes no time to achieve her goals, I think. She is trendy and good at sports too.

Do you know who s/he hates the most?:

shit… I don’t know who she hates lah! Oh, I think I know already! Those who don’t know her well but go behind her back and talk bad about her.

Have you met his/her exes?:

yes. I didn’t know they were her exes til long after they had broken up. Yeeseen! How could u not tell me!!

Do his/her parents like you?:

I don’t know but I hope they do!

What’s the first thing s/he would do or say if s/he fell down and scraped their knee:

OUCH!! And then continue to curse the inanimate object which caused her fall, probably “STUPID STONE ON THE ROAD. PEOPLE WALK HERE ONE MAH, DON’T KNOW HOW TO PUT AT THE SIDE THERE AR!!” its never her own fault, it is always that inanimate object. Lol!

what would s/he do in an emergency situation with other people involved?:

panic first. Oh, she would ask whoever is around her “ey, we should do something rite? Do something lah… go lah, go help lah…”

Which shop would s/he spend the most time at in a shopping mall?:

vinci. Without a doubt!

what would s/he have for a typical breakfast?:

chocolate milk.

Where would s/he want to go for dinner?:

ah crap! Don’t think I know this one either. Lets see, if its in the vicinity of ixora, its definitely that malay shop beside mori café. If its in kluang, probably the dry beef noodles in lian seng. In melaka town, I am not too sure, but I know for sure her fav is spaghetti.

What kind of movie would s/he choose at the cinema?:

chick flicks or animation of cartoons/comic she used to watch during her childhood.

Describe his/her taste in music:

she likes punk rock and other rock music as well. And slow English and mandarin ballads. I don’t think she likes hip hop and r&b.

If s/he wasn’t going out with you, who would s/he be going out with?:

she always claims that she has a lot of suitors

What item in his/her wardrobe would you like to burn:

gawd! I thought so long and hard about this question!! I finally thought of something, its those clog she bought years ago. I wonder if she is still having them. She liked clogs so much back then. Thank god, she didn’t wear them a lot and is no longer obsessed with clogs!

What is s/he good at?:

having neat handwriting and work. But I wonder why her room is not organized in a neat manner? Her exercise books are always neat and clean, unlike mine. She is good at making sure her work is perfect. OH! She is good at walking in heels!

What is s/he totally horrible at?:

at remembering things. She is very forgetful, even more so lately. Yeeseen, what is wrong with you! I don’t know what she does with her brain. She forgets almost everything! like when is supposed to go for classes, her assignment due dates.

What’s something about him/her that is annoying/infuriating?:

when she grunts when she is angry, cuz it makes the people around feel angry too, even when I am not. Its just very makes people very uneasy listening to it! Or when she complains loudly about things that isn’t even anyone’s fault.

What’s something that you two fundamentally disagree on?:

I think our way of thinking is rather similar, so we hardly disagree on anything…

What’s something that you two agree whole-heartedly on?:

that xia xue’s and dawn’s boobs are fake? That xia xue is very short, even shorter than yeeseen? Haha! I kid, I kid…

Is s/he possessive?:

nope, she is not even possessive of her lion.

Why would s/he succeed in life?:

yes! Because she wants to make lots of money. Success = $$. So she will definitely work for it. Plus, she is a hardworking person.

what is the coolest gift that s/he has ever given you?:

twilight twilight twilight!! Edward~ edward~~ edward~~~!!

What does s/he avoid at all costs?:

flats, used to. Now, cats? Is it cats?

What does s/he spend the most money on?:

heels.

Describe his/her typical sunday:

she is either at her “in-laws” or in kluang. Probably just wake up very late cuz she slept very late, watch Korean or Hong Kong dramas, online a bit, eat and sleep. That’s basically it.

Why would s/he be dangerous?:

I’d say, you better run and hide if she loses her temper.

Tell us about a time s/he looked absolutely gorgeous:

that time when she went for prom with the dress I help her choose and her hair clipped to the side, and that time during her sister’s wedding where she had nice tight curls.

What’s something about him/her that would surprise all of his/her friends?:

she is not as bimbo/naive as she seems. She’s been through a lot actually; really changed my perceptions towards her when she told me about her childhood. Her thinking is actually pretty mature.

What do you love most about him/her?:

that she will always be there for me. She would help whenever, wherever. And that both of us are like a tag team, she always has my back and I, hers. I also love that both of us work very well together, we seem to have the same goal sometimes. I think we inspire each other that’s why we are always satisfied with our end product.

The biggest lesson you have learnt from loving your soulmate:

that there is such thing as friendship forever. I never really believed that anything will last forever. But we have been through our ups and downs, so I do believe, come what may, we’d still be friends. *teary eyes*

tell us about the first time you met and your first impression of him/her:

First time was in high school. The first time I noticed her was at the tangga sebelah kanan in the form 4 block, she was comin down the stairs when I saw her. She was a prefect, her baju damn neat, quite montel, hair tied into damn tight ponytail, damn bloody fair (so jealous). When we first started knowing each other I found her annoying cos cos cos.. it was over sth stupid lah.. she ejek my cantonese name ish! I still remember ok! After that when we were put into the same class in form 3 we became best friends.

what’s a weird habit or quirk that s/he has?:

Always rub her nose with lotsa minyak kapak (esp during high sch time). I was somehow affected also. Then she also likes to wash her feet like every 1 minute when she’s at home.

What makes him/her sad?:

Being away from home too long makes her emo. And uhh, at times when she’s not treated well also lah.

What makes him/her angry?:

She got very low tolerance for annoying and stupid people.

What excites him/her?:

Elvis? Hahaha =P beetles, m&ms, cute guys, n stuff like dat =P

When she turns into tomato WAHAHAHAHAHAHAH cos she damn fair mah wat to do HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. There are two ways to make her turn tomato but nemai lah let you all guess =P

What’s s/he like at home?:

She screams at her bro and talks damn loud wan. And I thought she was a soft spoken girl at first samor. Ceh. XD

What’s s/he like at work/school?:

She was quite the skema in high sch, but after she knew me she turned into a monster as well =P Although I kept some of my crimes from her also lar, cos she pengawas mar. hohohoho

Describe his/her room:

Her room in kluang quite neat loh. She sleeps with her sis. Then got m&m stuff, then got some Cina beng fella punye posters on the wall. Her room in Ixora also full with posters wan, siao. Also quite neat, although at times can see her clothes and thingies lying on the bed. nyahaha

I duno how many best friends she has lah, but got 1 extremely cute and friendly and lovable and super nice one =D

Do you know who s/he hates the most?:

Hate is a really strong word lah. Don’t think she hates anyone, but we basically dislike the same people, in sch n in college wahaha.

uhh… er…. Hahahahaha!

Do his/her parents like you?:

Duno leh.. Hope so loh… But sure last time they thought I was a bad influence wan huhuhuhu damn sad. But they’ll forgive me cos im so sweet hahahah!

Cry like a baby. Cause that one time she fell down it was really REALLY bad she even cracked a bit of her front tooth and that time she just took out her braces ok. But then everything was fixed after that. She’s still pretty now.

what would s/he do in an emergency situation with other people involved?:

Definitely can rely on her cause she always tries to be calm, then tries and find solution wan. I duno what I wud do without her. Prolly just drop dead there n then.

Prolly the accessories(esp earrings) section. Her mum gets most of her clothes for her wan -___-“ Wana ajak go shoppin also susah. But if really go shopping means anywhere also can wan. From chain stores in big malls to lil boutiques by the roadside.

what would s/he have for a typical breakfast?:

Anything she can find, like cereals and bread n stuff. Duno what she eats at home lah. But usually she wakes up at the oddest time, like 4 or 5pm.

Where would s/he want to go for dinner?:

Anywhere. She’s not picky.

I thk mostly rock, and some other music I don’t listen to.

Got lah a few, we hang out together quite often.

Nth really. Probably just the excess chains and stuff hangin from her blue dress she wore for my bday. Haha! =P

Wrapping presents, making fun of ppl, maths, catchin and killin bugs, taking spicy stuff, and a lot more. She’s quite talented I must say =P

What is s/he totally horrible at?:

Resisting from going online 24/7 even during exam period, sharing her secrets or opening up to people, waking up in the morning, eating vegetables, haih I don’t wana continue and make her feel horrible lah =P

What’s something about him/her that is annoying/infuriating?:

She annoyed me a lot of times before but I cant really remember cos I forget really fast and prolly cause it was nth serious also haha. Oh yea I get annoyed when she gets annoyed. Lol. Like when I talk to her then she din answer me properly that kinda stuff.

(sometimes i wake up on the wrong side of the bed and hit the wall. sometimes i pms =/)

Cos she damn capable ok. She talks well and I think she’ll score the most among other ppl during interview while I have to worry whether I’ll get laughed at for saying stupid things T_______T

Urm, dun have leh, wahahaha! But the only thing that I actually liked was the ‘happy book’ she gave me during high sch which I finished reading really fast. Cause it was from her mar, haha.

Stalkers? She looks very brave and fierce wan. I thk people avoid her got lah wahahaha.

She’s a good girl, don’t simply waste money wan. =P

Haha if she’s at home she’ll prolly just sleep her Sunday away, or go out with her mum. If in ixora leh, maybe go out loh, if not just sleep and eat and online kot.

All my friends who don’t know her find her scary. I don’t really know why, prolly cos she looks fierce kot. XD I don’t know in what other ways she wud b dangerous lar. Does banging her own gate when she’s reversing her car count? =P

This one time when she just woke up from her sleep LOL. What’s something about him/her that would surprise all of his/her friends?:She’s not what she appears to be okay, don’t be deceived by her looks and her normally well behaved manner. Hmph! Hahahaha

What do you love most about him/her?:

I love her for being her. She’s candid and honest and real and I know I can always count on her.

The biggest lesson you have learnt from loving your soulmate:

That everyone’s different and I should love and accept people for who they are. Who says different people cannot click wan? She’s the complete opposite of me(personality wise lar) but I still value her as my friend. She influenced me a lot and taught me a lot of things since school times, cos she’s always the more sensible one. And and and, its really great to know that she’ll always be by my side when I’m at my down-est point, cos it sucks to feel alone esp when ur down.
